Code Of Practice

At ESB we have a strict code of practice, which every door supervisor must comply with and they include the following:

Every door supervisor must be on site 15 minutes before the shift commences for briefing.

Every door supervisor will conduct him/herself in a professional manner and any unprofessional behaviour such as

-Drinking, eating or smoking whilst on duty.

-Harassment of clients or customers.

-Disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour towards customers or members of staff in the workplace.

-Acceptance of bribes or backhands on the door while at work will result in disciplinary action or dismissal.
