Communication Centre

We employ a team of highly experienced staff in our 24 hour manned Communication Centres.
The Security Officers are in regular contact with our Communication Centres by radio and/or telephone. Supervisors and Mobile Patrol Officers are equipped with radios, mobile phones and pagers to ensure if one system fails communications can be maintained at all times.

Our based Communication Centre is manned 24 hours per day 365 days a year by atleast 2 personnel at all times. We have mobile supervisors providing additional support to the Control Centre, they can attend Clients site to deal with incidents that may occur and they are also available to be called to provide emergency cover when or where needed.

Our support structure enables our Operations Managers to concentrate in liasing with both our clients and security personnel on a regular basis
